Ruck Plate Compatibility

The Ruck Plate Carrier (Standard) is ideal for carrying 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Heavy) carries up to two 45lb plates (or a 45 + a 30 Long, etc.) for your toughest rucks.
